We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Pozt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service.
You may NOT post content that:
Pozt has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. The categories in §5.2 are not guidance. They are the line.
Report anything. Every post and every comment carries a Report control. Tap it, choose a reason, and the report reaches us immediately. You do not need an account in good standing, a subscription, or a reason we agree with to file one.
Block anyone. On a comment, tap ••• and choose Block User. On a post, tap ••• , choose Report, then choose Block This User. A blocked user's posts and comments disappear from what you see at once, and we do not tell them you blocked them. Blocking takes effect immediately and does not wait for us to review anything.
What we do, and when. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks §5.2 is removed. The account that posted it is suspended or permanently ejected from Pozt, at our discretion and without a requirement that we warn them first. We act on a single report. We do not require a pattern.

Pozt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xayhem LLC. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written permission.
Pozt is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xayhem LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Pozt.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xayhem LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Pozt or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pozt ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
